The level of inspection and certification required for a particular project varies with respect to State and Municipality in which the project is completed. These inspections and certifications are usually required prior to bringing these services on line or prior to final certification of completion. These certifications provide the governing agencies assurance that the work has substantially been completed in accordance with the projects plans and specifications. Moreover, inspection of the installation provides a third party review of the systems which can give the client an impartial representative on site to insure that the systems installed will provide service without undue maintenance and repair expense in the future, and that the client is “getting what they paid for”.
